Cordelia is the Business Manager and co-founder of enCompass Solutions Group. She has a proven track record developing, managing, and re-organizing businesses with several companies including Rockwell Automation, Xerox Canada, and the Bank of Boston. She looks after the operation of the business and is responsible for it's success. Cordelia holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas Business School.
Tim Wright
Tim is the other co-founder of enCompass Solutions Group and acts as the Manager of Automation Technology. He has an extensive background with industrial automation applications, starting his career with Rockwell Automation in Cambridge Ontario. In 1991 he started the Field Service and Engineering office for Rockwell in Vancouver BC. Traveling extensively throughout North America for 10 years with Rockwell, he gained experience in the Automotive, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, and Forestry, Textiles, Material Handling and Aerospace industries. Some of the technologies implemented include drive systems, servo and motion control, medium voltage drive control, database interfaces, network and domain implementation, and IP based systems.
Troy Watts
Troy Watts is the Automation Manager for the Interior Office of enCompass Solutions Group. He manages a group of Engineers, Technologists, and Electricians operating out of Vernon, BC. Troy has extensive experience working with Industrial Automation equipment in Sawmills, Plywood Plants, Pulp and Paper operations as well as many other industries. He is a recognized expert in Industrial Networking and has provided both design experience and post installation support to the largest plants across Western Canada. Prior to starting at enCompass Mr. Watts was the Variable Frequency Drive Product Manager for Rockwell Automation.
Jamie McCrindle
Jamie is the Manager of Data Technology for the partner company, enCompass Data Solutions. He started his career as an industrial electrician in Ontario in the automotive industry. After moving to British Columbia in 1994, his focus has changed to machine control programming, industrial networking, industrial IT, industrial data collection and reporting. He has an extensive programming background (VB.net, ASP.net, VB) as well as many years of database experience (SQL Server). His industrial field experience and industrial IT experience are combined to allow enCompass Data Solutions the ability to create a reliable, secure and highly available industrial data solution that can impress even the toughest critic.
